VERY QUICK AND EASY DESSERTS:
FRUIT POUND CAKE-
Arrange pound cake, can any pie filling flavor, Cool Whip. Layer and serve.
TURNOVERS-
Using Pillsbury refrigerated pie dough, cut triangles and fill with raspberry preserves in the middle (only to 1/4i-inch edge). Seal edges with fork. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or till golden.
BROWNIES WITH MALTED MILK BALLS-
Prepare brownie mix and then spread into specified pan. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of malted milk balls on top and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
FRUIT SALADS-
ANGEL FOOD CAKE LAYERED WITH FRUIT-
CUT UP STRAWBERRIES AND PEACHES; LAYER WITH COOL WHIP AND YOGURT, BEGINNING WITH CAKE ON THE BOTTOM, IF SLICES.
( OR CUT WHOLE CAKE IN HALF AND
LAYER WITH BERRIES/FRUIT AND COOL WHIP AND YOGURT.)

REFRIGERATED SLICED COOKIES-
Follow pkg. directions, but
sprinkle with colored sugars before baking!
CUSTARD OR CHEESECAKE-
very easy recipes online!
RICE CRISPIES SQUARES-
Melt 1/4 cup butter and 4 cups miniature marshmallows in microwave bowl.
Stir in 6 cups Rice Crispies Cereal until well coated. Turn into 9x13-inch greased pan. Cut into squares when slightly cooled.
BAKED APPLES-Mix 1/8 cup sugar, 1/8 cup brown sugar, and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon. Cut off 3/4 inch of the top of the apple; set aside. Core the apple. Pour sugar mixture into the apples; cover with apple tops. Wrap apples in foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or till soft. Take off tops. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
