1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. horseradish
Stir together all ingredients til well blended. (Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to one week.) Use for grilling chicken, or pour over chicken and bake in oven till chicken is cooked. Or this can be used for a condiment for burgers, and is good over baked potatoes.
