Casserole in Crock Pot

1 pound ground beef, browned & drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups diced potatoes
1 1/2 cups baby carrots, each cut in thirds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (10 oz.)cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients, except for milk, macaroni, & cheese in a greased crock pot.
Stir. Cover & cook on low heat for 6-10 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Stir in milk & cooked macaroni during last 30 minutes of cooking on low, or last 15 minutes, if on high.
Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving. Serves 6-8.
