Chicken Casserole

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of celery soup
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup green onions, sliced (optional)
1 can (16 ounces) mixed vegetables, drained
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
2 cups hot cooked rice
3/4 cup French's French Fried Onions

Stir the soup, water, soy, green onions, vegetables, chicken, and rice in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with the french fried onions and bake for 5 minutes or until they're golden.
