Easy Chicken Casserole

1 Roll of Ritz Crackers
4 tbsp. butter
8 oz. container sour cream
can cream of chicken soup
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small pieces
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese

In a medium bowl, combine the 8 ounces of sour cream and the cream of chicken soup. Mix thoroughly. Put the mixture in the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Place chicken pieces on top of the sour cream and chicken soup mixture. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
Crush the Ritz crackers, and sprinkle on top of casserole. Dot the butter over the top of crackers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
