Pumpkin Muffins

2 medium eggs
3 cups of flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ginger
3/4 cups raisins (optional)
Mix all of the ingredients. Fill sprayed muffin tins almost to top.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Makes about 15 muffins.
