Hot Beef Dip

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onions
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softenend
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook beef with onions; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, ketchup, and sugar. Simmer 10 minutes; remove from heat. Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese, and stir. Serve with
tortilla chips.
