Waiting on the Lord-a challenge through life;
Making us new,
He took on our strife.
The crooked made straight,
Even through the delays;
Molding and shaping us,
For the Lord has His ways!
When facing hard trials,
New changes and seasons;
When prayer seems unanswered,
He has all the reasons!
By faith, we go onward
And trust in His plan;
Each step He controls,
Ever since time began.
So trust in His promises,
Rest in His care;
Wait on the Lord,
For He’ll always be there!
