LOW CARB BAKED CUSTARD

4 eggs, beaten
2 cups heavy cream
12 Splenda packets
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Place in a glass 1 1/2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water and bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. (Serves 6.)

(197 calories, 6 grams protein, and 4 grams carbs. per serving.)
