FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE

2 eggs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail, undrained

In a large bowl, beat together all ingredients. Pour batter into a greased 12-cup bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.(When completely cooled, dust with confectioners' sugar, if desired.)
