WAFFLE BREAKFAST SANDWICH

THIS IS SIMILAR TO THE MC GRIDDLE SANDWICH AT MC DONALD'S!

2 frozen or homemade waffles
margarine
maple syrup
2 eggs
salt and pepper, to taste
1 slice American cheese
3 slices bacon, cooked crisp (OR 1 sausage patty, cooked)

Prepare waffles: make your favorite waffle recipe or just use frozen waffles, and toast in toaster. Put 1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine in frying pan. Fry or scramble the two eggs in margarine, and add salt and pepper, to taste.
When waffles are ready, lightly spread margarine on them and add a small amount of maple syrup on top of each. Put the cheese, egg, and bacon on top of one waffle; cover with the other waffle. Cut in half. Makes one sandwich.

Yum! Sounds like a tasty treat for breakfast and I do like the McGriddles, just cannot hardly ever justify eating one to myself with how bad they are for you - a homemade version sounds much more appealing and enjoyable! :D
