WEEKLY SUPPER MEALS!
HERE ARE THE SUPPER MEALS
FOR APRIL 6TH...
MONDAY:
CHILI
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
3 (15 1/2 oz. each) cans chili beans
28 oz. can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 can corn
4 cups tomato soup
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder (or more to taste)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce (or more to taste)
Combine ingredients in large crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
TUESDAY:
HAM AND RICE BAKE
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 package (16 ounces) frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) or mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup cooked regular long-grain white rice
1 cup cubed cooked ham
Heat the soup and half of the cheese together in a pan over medium heat until the cheese is melted, stirring often. Stir in the vegetables, rice and ham. Spoon the ham mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
WEDNESDAY:
EASY CHICKEN MARINARA
chicken pieces (boneless or with the bone)
jar spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese
dried Italian-style bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Bake chicken pieces at 350 degrees till just almost done. Cover with spaghetti sauce, then sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top. Then sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Bake another 10 minutes or so or until chicken is cooked completely, cheese is melted, and sauce is hot. So easy!
THURSDAY:
DELICIOUS TUNA CASSEROLE
3 cups cooked macaroni
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups French fried onions
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine the macaroni, tuna, and soup. Mix well, and then top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with fried onions, and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
FRIDAY:
TURKEY SALAD SANDWICHES
2 large turkey legs(packaged in the meat section)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. pickle relish
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup celery, cut in small pieces
sandwich buns
Boil and debone turkey. Put in a bowl, and add mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper to taste, and celery. (Add more or less mayonnaise, if desired.) Serve in-between sandwich buns. Simple, but SO delicious!

I really enjoy meal planning as well! I try to update each week depending on what fresh goodies we have to use up and go from there - plus I pack my breakfasts, lunches and snacks for work each day so meal planning is a life saver! :)Thanks for some great new dinner ideas!
