Hi! I looked into cooking turban squash the other night when I saw your message, and thought the only way I would cook it is to cut it in half, spoon out the seeds, put butter and brown sugar on it and cover it some. Then cook it for approximately an hour. (Maybe that is too long though.) Then I have also put maple syrup on odd squashes I have cooked before. When it is soft, it would be ready. But I can't do much shopping or cooking right now, so can't take pictures. I saw a delicious recipe for it online to put stuffing and wrap bacon around it. Yum! That is one cool-looking squash, huh!! Have you ever heard of Spaghetti squash? It is so delicious! Thank you for the compliments on the ravioli and for asking about my health. That was so thoughtful of you!
