ARTICHOKE DIP

2 cans (14 oz. each) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
dash of garlic salt
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 cup mozzarella cheese for the top of dip (if desired)
Crackers

Place the first six ingredients in crock pot and stir. Cook on low for 3-5 hours. A half hour before serving, put 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top. Do not stir.
Serve hot with crackers. Makes 4 cups.
