Beef and Bacon Noodle Casserole

6 slices bacon, cut in 3/4 -inch pieces, cooked
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, browned in skillet with onions
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 cups baby carrots
14.5 oz. can diced Italian-seasoned tomatoes, undrained
12 oz. jar beef gravy
1 cup water
2 cups (4 oz.) uncooked wide egg noodles
1 1/2 cups frozen whole green beans

Mix together the bacon, beef and onions, salt, pepper, carrots, tomatoes, gravy, and water. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Stir in noodles and green beans. Cover and bake 25 minutes longer till all is tender.
(The bacon gives this a nice flavor!)
