Sunken Treasure Cake

1 pkg. Pillsbury German Chocolate cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
7.8 oz. pkg Heath Bits 0'Brickle baking chips or 1-1/2 cups crushed Heath bars

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
5 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

In bowl, combine all cake ingredients except baking chips at low speed until moistened, beat 2-minutes at high speed. Pour into greased and floured 9x13x2-inch pan. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
In a small bowl, blend glaze ingredients. Drizzle over cooled cake.
