1 tablespoon salt
2/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dried dill
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Peel cucumbers, and slice very thin. Sprinkle with salt, and drain at room temp for 1 hour in a colander. Rinse, and squeeze dry with towel. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir in cucumbers. Chill well.
