16 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk!)
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
8 to 12 oz. container Cool Whip (amount depends on your taste)
graham cracker crust
VARIATION: You can use 1/2 to 1 cup crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, well drained instead of the mandarin oranges, if preferred.
