1 cup lowfat milk
1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 tsp. instant espresso coffee powder
2 ice cubes
sugar (optional)
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
In blender, combine milk, syrup, powder, and ice cubes. Blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Add sugar to taste, if you like. Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon. (75 calories per serving!)
