LOWFAT CREAMY BANANA SORBET

(Wondering what to do with those very ripe bananas and no time to make banana bread?? Try this quick and yummy recipe!!)

4 very ripe bananas
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Peel bananas and place in a large self-sealing plastic bag; freeze overnight or until very firm. Slice frozen bananas. In blender, blend bananas, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until creamy but still frozen. Serve immediately.
