CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP:
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. margarine
2 cups milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 (10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
In a large pan cook onion in margarine until tender. Reduce heat to medium. Add milk & cheeses, stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; heat through, stirring occasionally.
