CINNAMON ORNAMENTS

Mix 1/2 cup each of cinnamon and applesauce until well blended; roll, as for dough, on a lightly floured mat to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters and, with a straw, poke a hole into the tip of dough for hanging the ornament. Bake at 200 degrees in oven until hard for about 1 1/2 hours. Thread each with a ribbon.
