3 c. candied fruit
1 c. dark raisins
1 pkg. nut bread mix
2 c. broken pecans
1 c. dark raisins

2 c. broken pecans
Prepare both bread mixes as per directions listed on both boxes. Combine both mixtures. To the completed mixture, add the candied fruits, pecans, and raisins. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan on 350 degrees for 85-90 minutes or until done in center. Cool 5 minutes. Turn out and glaze with warm corn syrup. Garnish with additional candied fruit.
NOTE: Can also be baked in loaf-sized pans. Grease pans and line bottom with wax paper. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
