1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped zucchini
2 cups water
1/2 cup rice
2 pinches black pepper
Put chicken breast, onions, zucchini, water, and broth to crock pot. Add rice and pepper. Cover. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Serves 8. (62 calories per serving.)
