1 cup strong coffee (liquid, NOT a cup of coffee grounds!)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator. Great on all meats. (The recipe says that you won't taste but a hint of coffee, but that it adds a lot of flavor and tenderizes, and I agree!)
