1/4 cup wine vinegar
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
dash ground black pepper
Combine lemon juice, mustard and black pepper. Brush over chicken. In a small bowl combine sour cream, wine vinegar and celery salt. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and place in refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Grill as desired.
(Sour cream helps to tenderize meat while the thickness helps to hold the seasonings in place.)
