4 cups water
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Brown beef along with celery and onion. Drain grease from pan. Add rice, water, and tomatoes. Turn burner on high and bring to boil. Turn on low and cover with lid. Cook for 30 minutes or so, and until rice is tender. Sprinkle grated cheese over top before serving.
