Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dessert

2 1/2  cups chocolate chip cookies, finely crushed
3 Tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1 cup chocolate fudge sauce, SLIGHTLY melted
2 cups miniature marshmallows
8 cups chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened
3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping

Line 13x9x2-inch pan with foil. In medium bowl, combine
chocolate chip
cookies, crushed, and melted margarine;
mix well. Press crumbs in
foil-lined pan. Freeze
20 minutes or until cold. Spread chocolate

fudge sauce over crust. Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
In large bowl. combine ice cream and marshmallows;
spoon and spread over
fudge sauce. Cover; freeze until
firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Drizzle with caramel
topping. Store in freezer.
