1/2 cup chopped walnuts
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cups water
1 cup Baker's chocolate baking chips
box instant chocolate pudding
Combine all ingredients in 9x13-inch pan, and stir with fork until blended, at least 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
