QUICK STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
Combine the frozen strawberries and sugar in a food processor. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped. With the processor or blender running, slowly pour in the heavy cream until fully incorporated. Serve immediately, or freeze for up to one week.
(If using a blender, add half the cream first. Then add the berries while the blender is running. Add remaining cream and sugar. (This way the berries won't get stuck.) Nice and custardy ice cream!
